National Educare Conference

Dear Delegates,

We are delighted to welcome you to the National Educare Conference on 22 and 23 February 2025.

Below are key details to assist you in making the most of your experience:

Venue

The conference will be held at Kendra Hall, 5 John Zikhali (Sydenham) Road, Greyville. A separate communication with a pin location will be sent for your convenience.

Parking

Parking is available at the Munies Hockey Club, 9 John Zikhali (Sydenham) Road, Greyville, for the first 250 cars. Off-street parking options are also available. Sevadals and devotees attending the graduation can park at the school next to Kendra Hall.

Breakfast

Breakfast will be served from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM each day.

Book Shop

The book shop will be open from 7:00 AM to 7:45 AM, during lunch, and for 30 minutes after the end of the conference each day.

Vedam Chanting

Vedam chanting will take place each day from 7:00 AM.

Water

Delegates are encouraged to bring their own water bottles. Water refilling stations will be available throughout the venue.

Special Meals

Vegan meals will be provided. Please enquire at the breakfast and lunch venue.

Writing Material

Writing material will be provided for your convenience.

Information Desk

An Information Desk will be available to assist you with any questions or concerns.

Medical Assistance

Medical assistance is available through the Information Desk should the need arise.
