TARGET GROUP

Devotees and the general public who are professional persons, Health Care professionals in the public or private health care sector as well as those studying towards one, including Care Givers in Palliative care and administration staff.

OBJECTIVES

1. Reflect on critical value themes impacting on work and personal lives of healthcare professionals.

2. Knowing the relationships between medical skills, values, prayer, and patient recovery.

3. Introduce the 5 human values and sub-values in an experimental manner.

4. Affect an understanding of leadership and its impact on efficiency and effectiveness in a healthcare environment.

5. Provide experiential learning of the benefits of integrating human values in patients’ recovery.

6. Provide an environment of learning that is fun and mostly experiential.
